Why we grow this way
We grow slowly, seasonally and with as little intervention as possible.
For us, it’s about working with the land rather than against it — building healthy soil, encouraging biodiversity and growing flowers and food in a way that feels good for both the farm and the people taking it home.
We don’t chase perfect-looking produce or force things out of season. We let the weather, the soil and the time of year have a say. That means what we offer changes constantly, but it also means it is fresh, local and grown with real care.
We believe the best things are often the simplest: good soil, healthy plants, fewer unnecessary inputs and food and flowers grown close to home.
